save even more money by using isopropyl alcohol and add a bit of lemon extract oil (about 5 capfulls of the lemon extract. You can buy lemon extract at a dollar store for $1.00 a bottle).
You can even use Everclear booze if you want. Just check the prices and compare to how much this refill stuff costs. I can refill my Braun cartride for about 1.50 worth of stuff, compared to the 5.00 it costs to buy a new one. I have no idea how much this blue stuff in this video costs – but i’ll check.
I live outside of the US and Walmart is not in my country.

@ricexbui It’s alcohol for your razor. You can get it in Walmart or everywhere else.
It’s specially for the Braun Series razors.
